A simple to make, basic recipe that provides plenty of slow-digesting proteins and unsaturated, healthy fats for anyone looking to lose body fat or whom requires added casein prior to bedtime in order to retain muscle mass and halt catabolism overnight. Ingredients:
1.5 scoops of UPS Slim in Berrylicious
1 scoop of UPS Slim in Belgian Chocolate
3 tablespoons (60g) of low-fat cottage cheese
1 whole egg
2 egg whites
Cinnamon
Method:
Simply place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and combine until smooth.
Pour the mixture into two ramekins and bake in a medium oven (about 160 degrees) for 10 minutes.
The top and sides of the mixture will harden in the oven and the centre will retain a gooey, custard texture.
Sprinkle with the cinnamon before serving.
